A teacher is a compass that activates the magnets of curiosity, knowledge and wisdom in the pupils-Ever Garrison. The strength of any academic institution is its teachers. We have teachers who are bilingual and give live examples to make understanding the subject easier thus making classes more interesting. The average age of our teachers is 35 which is a mix of youth and experience.
2. National Services Scheme (NSS)
Our NSS unit started functioning from 1996 with a unit size of 100 cadets. Indira nagar slums have been adopted by the unit, where every year, health check up camps are organized. Awareness programs on concurrent topics are organized every year . Every year, NSS cadets go for a week long camp to a nearby village to learn more about villages; and also to inculcate the value of giving back to the society. Students of this unit are inculcated with the values of social work, nationality and shramdaan.
3. Personality Development
Spoken English classes, personality development classes, group discussions, debates, ex – tempore, letter writing, facing interviews apart from other soft skills are taught to the students free of cost. Special classes are held to teach the art of resume’ writing. Students are encouraged to participate in Yuva Utsav, organized by the Government of India. Internet surfing, use of social media is also a part of personality development classes.
4. Research and Development
One of the basic objective of education is to arouse the dormant curiosity factor of a student.Science and management courses are revised very frequently. In these fields R & D labs have been set up so that students are kept abreast of latest happenings in their fields. Science students are encouraged to take up projects in plant tissue culture, mushroom culture,seed culture, fisheries, analysis of water and other liquids. Similarly, commerce students partake their projects by preparing questionnaire or analyze and infer available primary or secondary data. So far about 527 students have done field surveys and submitted their results.
5. Laboratories
The College has well equipped laboratories, in all the science subject, which are updated regularly. Students are encouraged to spend maximum time in the labs, so that they can learn the application of theories.
6.Information Revolution
Our college boosts of a well developed computer lab with all the systems having latest processors and software. Students of non computer background are encouraged to visit the lab to learn basic computers and internet surfing . Final year students make live projects. The entire college is Wi-Fi enabled.
7. Placement Cell
The main aim of imparting education is to make the students capable of getting jobs apart from providing them knowledge. Our placement cell has been busy this year in organizing campus selection by a number of reputed companies like GENPACT, TATA INDICOM, MAX NEW YORK, WIPRO, NJ INDIA INVES, SOM DISTILLERIES, LUPIN, SRGC, VARDHMAN and ICICI PRUDENTIAL.
8. Counseling Cell
One of the first college to start counseling, we constantly counsel students regarding career openings, personal problems, government schemes and scholarships.
9. Recognizing Academic Distinction
With a view to encourage students who distinguish themselves at the university examination, the college has instituted a number of prizes(Curricular and extra-curricular) which are given during the Annual Function.
10. Scholarship
Scholarship is provided to SC,ST and OBC students. Till date, the college has distributed about 16 lac rupees worth of scholarships.

Dr. Ram Shrivastava: He is a retired Principal of Holkar Science College Indore. Since his retirement he has been with a number of renowned private education institutions. He has been a pioneer teacher of Physics, Computer Science and Pharmacy. He has had more than 400 publications in national and international journals. He brings with him vision and exuberance in our management.
Mr. Rajendra Kothari: Ex Resident Director of PHD Chamber of Commerce, Bhopal, he is the voice of the masses and has been actively associated with social cultural and executive work for the past 30 years. He has acted as a bridge between the society and state by initiating a number of dialogues.
Dr. B.V. Ramaniah: Retd. Director of Sports & Youth Welfare Government of Madhya Pradesh, an Academician, Administrator, NCC Pilot Trainer, Social Worker, he has donned many hats in illustrious career. He has been known for his grit and determination. He has many firsts to his name. He brings in with him experience, exuberance and knowledge.
Mr. Louis Santos: DGM Procter & Gamble Bhopal. He has been in this FMCG Company for about 2 decades & understands the market well. He knows the importance of presenting a product in the right way so as to boost sales. He provides us with the knowledge of what the industry demands from young executives.
Dr. Swami Narayan: Registrar IIFT Gandhi Nagar, Ex Deputy Registrar Gujarat University, Ex Faculty Member IIM (A). He has had an illustrious academic career and now he has moved into the administration. He has been associated with the right kind of syllabus for the management students.
Dr. Rizwan Musanna: Prof. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is a well known man in the field of management studies. He has published a large no. of research papers in National & International Journals. His area of specialization is Human Resource Management.
Mr. V. C. Rawat: IAS Officer. He has had a long administrative career where he has served the Indian bureaucracy. He brings in his knowledge about India and Administration.
Dr. Jayant Sonwalkar: Prof. AIMA, New Delhi. He is the leading light of management studies in the state of Madhya Pradesh. He looks after the placement therefore he actually knows the requirement of the various industry & the areas where students mostly fall short.
Dr. Santosh Shrivastava: Ex VC Sagar University. A thorough academician who at 66 years is constantly exploring the field of Bio-Science & Bio-Technology, the twin areas of his expertise. He has been closely associated with the students as a Professor & then rose to the rank of VC. He brings in the perfect co-ordination.
Mr. K.G.K. Choudhary: Ex Coordinator HRM. All his life he has worked in close association with young people and has maintained his will towards social services. He firmly believes in giving back to the youth his experience & social values.
Mrs. Manjushri Anand: Social Worker. She belongs to a royal family and firmly believes in working for the masses. She runs her own NGO and is constantly interacting with the poorer sections of the society.
Dr. Jacob Kallupurakal: Lawyer & Educationist. He is a lawyer and a faculty of Boston Law School. He is a person closely associated with academics. He brings with himself exuberance and knowledge of new things which is a boon for our students.
Dr. Tanima Dutta: She has done her Post Graduation in Economics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal & is currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree. She is an asset to the college as she truly believes in the Sanskrit Proverb which translates as “The more knowledge you give, the more knowledge you acquire.”
